Day of Coordination
Our day of coordination is for those brides who have all of the details of their wedding planned, but need help bringing it all together on their wedding day. There are 3 meetings set up in order to assist you with your wedding day needs. All 3 meetings are optional and not mandatory. In each of these meetings, the bride & groom will meet with our event coordinator to go over details, vendor information, budget & payment schedules, & itinerary. Our day of coordination will consist of working with you to bring all of the last minute details together and on your wedding day coordinating vendor deliveries, guest arrivals, wedding party arrivals, & the over all flow of your wedding day.
Guide Me Through
Our "Guide Me Through" package is for our brides who would like to plan every detail of their wedding, but need a little advice & suggestions along the way. This package gives our brides more on hands on while having the professional help on the side. We provide you with the right suggestions for vendors, reception, and ceremony locations, etiquette suggestions, ect. while allowing you to handle most of the planning. There are six meetings available for scheduling at your own convenience to discuss & go over every detail of your wedding. The last meeting is schedule 30-20 days before your wedding to confirm and finalize details.
Full Service Coordination
Our Full Service Coordination is for brides who need assistance with all of the details of their wedding no matter how big or small. With the Full Service Coordination you have our Event Coordinators at your disposal to schedule and attend vendor meetings, review vendor contracts, and assist with wedding details, offer advice and suggestions, and be there every step of the way. Your dream wedding is our primary focus. A monthly meeting is schedule at your convenience to discuss and go over every detail of the wedding. This package includes a wedding designer and wedding consultant.
FLORAL
